Coco Moka Café: One of three recent cafés for the Coco Moka Café franchise.
To date we have completed cafés in Cairo, Egypt; Portland, OR; and Glen Cove, NY.
The Perpetual Adoration Chapel: This chapel for Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Massachusetts featured a set of priceless 19th century Bavarian stained glass windows by FX Zettler. The small chapel was designed to accommodate worship 24 hours a day by all parishioners, thus it is fully accessible and sustainably heated and cooled year round. Basic materials are New Hampshire Granite, Indiana Limestone, and Virginia Slate with a wood-trussed roof and load bearing masonry structure.

Kitchen Design: Mr. Bass brings to the design of kitchens both his experience working in a commercial kitchen and many years of design for restaurant, hotel, and residential kitchens. His graduate level course in the design of kitchens for residential use was popular in the department.
Single-Family Homes: Since our inception in 1986 we have executed dozens of single family home projects including numerous renovations and additions — often involving very complex interventions to accommodate programmatic requirements within very restrictive building, zoning, and land use regulations. The example featured above is roughly a 100 percent increase of floor area with a very subtle “pop-up” solution.
Car Wash: This unusual project is located on a long, narrow lot in an industrial area. Given the gray, gritty, and cluttered visual context of the site, the design relies on simple planes of strong color, with an entrance through a wide portal into the pre-wash court. The facility includes full water recycling functionality.
